The inspector’s health suddenly worsened on Monday evening after visiting the area. He died on the way while being taken to Varanasi. The incident created chaos in the family.

Meanwhile, sub-inspector Ravinder Singh (59) posted at Baburi police station and sub-inspector Ramashray (58) posted in the police line succumbed to ill health. After Ravindra Singh returned from the area on Monday evening, his health suddenly deteriorated. When the condition did not improve after initial treatment, around 12 o’clock in the night, the police station chief and other policemen were taking him to Varanasi for treatment. He died on the way. The deceased sub-inspector was a resident of Sureri town of Jaunpur district. The deceased has one son and three daughters. He was to retire in January 2024. The dead body has been kept at Shivpur’s Mercury House for postmortem. Whereas Ramashray was a resident of Banspar Bahokha village under Ubhaon police station area of ​​Ballia district.
